Wagner College Athletics

Is returning for his fifth year after redshirting in 2008 following an early-season shoulder injury. Is a hard-hitting and aggressive safety with excellent instincts, tackling ability and range ... One of three student-athletes in the program, along with Joe Harkins and Matthew Martin, who have earned their undergraduate degrees and who are now pursuing a Master's Degree.


2008: Saw action in the opening two games of the season … Recorded nine tackles, including four solo, while seeing action vs. Stonehill (9/5) and Iona (9/13).

2007: Was first among all Seahawk defensive backs and fourth on team overall with 62 tackles ... Registered 26 solo stops which were third on the team ... Had two pass breakups, two sacks and one fumble recovery ... Recorded season-high nine stops vs. Iona (9/8) and Albany (10/27) and made eight tackles vs. Central Connecticut St. (10/20) ... Gained nine starts on the season.

2006: Recorded 26 tackles with 14 of the solo variety ... Played in all 11 games, starting four ... Had eight tackles (five solo) at Sacred Heart (9/30) ... Registered seven tackles against Robert Morris (10/7) and against Stony Brook (11/4). 

2005: Played in three games, making two tackles.

Bio/Personal: A native of Miami, Florida, played his scholastic ball at famed St. Thomas Aquinas High School under head coach George Smith ... As a member of the Pirates he was given the George Smith Family Coach's Award ... Also was honorable mention All-Broward County and was voted the hardest hitter on the team ... Off the football field Lee enjoys the world of art and some of his work was featured in the Miami Herald.
