Biography

One of the top returning defensive players in the NEC who will look to make the shift from linebacker to nose tackle in 2012 … Quickly acclimated to his new position during spring practice ... Has ammased an eye-opening 200 tackles in his three seasons as a Seahawk ... Has ascended in tackles each year with 48 in 2009, 71 in 2010 and 81 in 2011 ... Plays the game with tremendous gusto … Intense competitor with a high motor.

2011: Played in all 11 games while starting nine at linebacker during his junior season … Finished the year second on the team and 10th in the NEC with 81 tackles … Also recorded 1.5 tackles for loss, three forced fumbles, three pass-breakups, one interception, and one fumble recovery … His four forced fumbles tied for tops in the NEC … In the week one victory against Saint Francis (PA) (9/3), recorded seven tackles, one forced fumble, and returned an interception 37 yards for his first career touchdown in the third quarter, leading to the 38-28 Seahawk victory … For his efforts vs. the Red Flash, was named the NEC Defensive Player of the Week (9/5) … Had five solo stops and five assists for 10 tackles against Georgetown (10/8) … Against Albany (10/29), notched a career-high 11 tackles, including 1.5 for loss and one forced fumble against … Recorded three tackles and a pass breakup in the season 44-29 season-ending win at Monmouth (11/19)
