2009-10: Indoor Track & Field Recorded a team-best and personal-best in the 500m (1:18.55) at the NEC Indoor Championships (2/20)… Finished with the team’s best mark in the 800m (2:22.60) and in the 1000m (3:12.9) for the second consecutive year… Also a member of the 4x400 relay team which recorded a season-best (4:13.83) at Lafayette/Rider Winter Invitational (2/12). Outdoor Track & Field Ran a team-best 400m dash in 1:01.25 at the Wagner Quad (4/14)… Finished the season with the top Seahawk time in the 800m crossing the finish line at 2:21.57 at the Lou Onesty Invitational (4/10)… Also a contributor in the 4x100, 4x200 and 4x400 relays. 2008-09 Indoor Track & Field Had the second-best team finish in the 400m dash (1:03.00) at FDU (12/7) … Finished with the team’s best mark in the 800m (2:20.35) at the New Balance Invitational (2/7) … Took the team’s top spot in the 1000m run (3:07.6) at Fordham (12/12) … Also competed in the triple jump. Outdoor Track & Field Had the season-best time in the 800m run (2:22.58) at the NEC Spring Championships and in the 1500m run (5:10.23) at Stockton (3/21) … Also shares the team’s top spot in the 4x400 (4:13.18) and 4x800 (9:51.19) meter relays. 2007-08: Indoor Track & Field Ran a season best 1:02 in the 400m dash at the METS Championships (2/1) ... Ran 2:32.1 in 500m dash at the NEC Championships (2/10) ... Ran a season best 2:32.1 at the Fordham Invitational (12/7) in the 800m. Outdoor Track & Field Set the school record in the 4x400m (3:56.94) at the Penn Relays (4/24) and in the 4x800m relay team (9:19.01) at the NEC Championships (5/3) … Recorded the second best Seahawk time in the 800m run with a 2:18.32 performance at the NEC Championships (5/3) … Second in the 400m dash with a 59.2 run and ran 28.89 run in the 200m dash.
