2010-11: Indoor Track & Field Member of the 4x1600 meter relay that set a record of 21:48.42 … Recorded a personal-best of 2:29.62 in the 800 meter run … Set a new personal-best in the 1000 meter run (3:13.51) …Recorded a 1 mile time of 5:29.70 … Also ran in the 4x800 relay and Distance Medley Relay. Outdoor Track & Field Registered a season-best time of 5:13.30 in the 1500 meter run … Finished the 800 meter in a season-best time of 2:30.13 … Also ran in the 4x400 relay.

2009-10: Indoor Track & Field Had a season-best time in the 800m run (2:33.1) at Fordham (12/11)… Finished with the second fastest time on the team in the 1000m run with a time of 3:17.6 at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/15)… A member of the 4x400 relay team which recorded a season-best (4:13.83) at Lafayette/Rider Winter Invitational (2/12)… Also ran in the 4x800 relay, 4x1600 sprint medley, and the distance medley. Outdoor Track & Field Ran in the 4x800 relay which recorded a season-best time of 9:50.97 at the NEC Spring Championships (5/1)… Finished with a personal-best in the 400m at the Wagner Invitational (4/3) with a time of 1:06.19… Also ran in the 800m and recorded a season-best time of 2:31.73 at the Lou Onesty Invitational (4/10) and the 1500m at the season opener at Stockton (3/20).

Personal: Attended Notre Dame High School, participating on the cross country and track & field teams under the direction of Dom Tringalli … As a senior in 2008, placed 26th (21:59) at the Staten Island Championship in cross country … In track & field, claimed the 4x200 meter title at the Staten Island Championships … Won the Arielle Newman Rising Star Award and the Staten Island Athletic Club High School Scholarship … Also claimed a New York State Assembly Certificate of Merit in Track & Cross Country and won the Staten Island Athletics Club High School Scholarship Award … Has three siblings; Gabrielle (19), Michael (19) and Dylan (18) … Born on November 9, 1990 ...
