2008: Played in all 15 games with one start … Was second on team in ground balls (35) and faceoffs won (36) … Had a season-high five ground balls at Bellarmine (3/18) … Scored his first collegiate goal against Mount St. Mary’s (3/22).

2007: Saw action in all 15 games … Recorded 17 ground balls … Was third on the team in faceoffs won (11) … Finished second on the team in faceoff percentage with a .393 clip.

Personal/Bio: Played his high school lacrosse at Cranford High School under head coach Albert Renoso … Was on the inaugural lacrosse team at Cranford as a junior and then the following year as a senior … Went 15-3 his senior season … Named "Player Of The Week" for the Newark-Star Ledger … First Team All-Conference member … First Team All-County member … First Team All-State … Player of the Year for the "C" Division … Won the Brave Heart Award … Also was a member of the wrestling team at Cranford … Plans to study finance … Son of Angelo and Lynn Ridente and has a sister Jean Marie.
