Wagner College Athletics

2024 (Senior Season): Appeared in 10 games, start nine, for the Seahawks before an injury cut her season short. Lofstedt scored two goals, both against LIU, and added four assists across 550 minutes of game time. Lofstedt was named the NEC Offensive Player of the Week for her performance against LIU on September 27.

2023 (Junior Season): First Team All-NEC, started and appeared in all 18 games for Wagner. Tallied four goals and four assists as a junior while scoring the game-winning goal in a 3-2 win over Rider on October 22.

2022 (Sophomore Season): Appeared and started in all 18 games while tallying four assists.

2021 (Freshman Season): Played and started in all 19 games for Wagner while tallying 1,125 minutes. She notched three assists while having four shots and two defensive saves. 

Before Wagner: A graduate of Our Lady of Fatima High School and a native of Durban, South Africa, she participated in indoor and outdoor hockey in high school and was named team captain for the 2020 season. In 2019 she was named the most promising hockey player of the year and in 2020 was named the sportswoman of the year. Emma played her club field hockey for the Riverside Hockey Club. she is the daughter of Carmen and Lindsay and the sister of Jamie (15). She chose Wagner for the new field hockey program with a lot of potential the academic opportunities and location.
