Sophomore Season (2023-24): Appeared in two games after joining the team mid-season … Scored two points in his debut against Le Moyne on February 1.

Mazil joined the men's basketball team during the 2023-24 season. A two-sport standout at Atlantic Shores Christian High School in Virginia, Mazil signed with the Seahawks prior to the 2022 season and has appeared in nine games as a quarterback for the Green and White. Mazil threw for a touchdown in his first collegiate start at Stonehill as a freshman while totaling 115 yards through the air.
 
In 2023, Mazil appeared in six games, with the bulk of his action coming against FBS member Navy, where he completed 11 passes for 100 yards.
 
On the basketball court, Mazil’s Atlantic Shores Christian squad had a 15-6 record during his senior season, including an 11-1 record in regional play.

Mazil becomes the first Wagner student-athlete to be a member of the football and men’s basketball team since Greg Senat and Shack Scott in 2017. Senat won the Super Bowl with the Kansas City Chiefs in 2020 year after being drafted by Baltimore in the sixth round of the 2018 NFL Draft and spending his first NFL season with the Ravens.
