Before Wagner: A 2017 graduate of Sonora High School where he enjoyed three successful years on the Raiders Varsity Men’s Water Polo team ... Captured second place in the Freeway League for three consecutive seasons while earning All-League honors each year ... Second-Team All-League and Defensive Player of the Year honors during his sophomore campaign as a goalkeeper … Transitioned to offense as a junior, earning First Team and Offensive Player of the Year honors ... Capped off his career with the Raiders with an impressive 141 during his senior campaign en route to earning First Team All-League honors, Sonora’s Most Valuable Player, and the Rotary Club’s Male Athlete of the Year award … Son of Jorge and Shannon Angulo … Has three brothers, Stephen (22), Nick (20), and Zac (16).
