Men's Basketball Announces 2026-27 Non-Conference Schedule

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – The Wagner College men's basketball team, led by head coach Dwan McMillan, has announced its 2026-27 non-conference schedule, featuring 13 regular-season games, including five home contests and eight road matchups, plus one road exhibition.

The Seahawks' non-conference slate features three matchups against high-major programs that finished the 2025-26 season ranked in the top 30 of the KenPom rankings.

Wagner will begin its campaign with an exhibition contest at the College of Staten Island on Saturday, Oct. 24, before officially opening the regular season on the road against ACC member Boston College on Tuesday, Nov. 3, at Conte Forum in Chestnut Hill, Mass.

The Seahawks will continue their road trip with a visit to Miami on Friday, Nov. 6, at the Watsco Center in Coral Gables, Fla., before traveling to Connecticut to face UConn on Monday, Nov. 9.

Wagner will return to Staten Island for its home opener against Bryant & Stratton College-Albany on Wednesday, Nov. 11, at the Spiro Sports Center.

The Green and White will then embark on another two-game road swing, traveling to Philadelphia, Pa., to face Saint Joseph's on Tuesday, Nov. 17, at Hagan Arena before taking on Big Ten member Maryland on Friday, Nov. 20, at Xfinity Center in College Park, Md.

Wagner will return home to host Bloomsburg on Tuesday, Nov. 24, at the Spiro Sports Center to close out the month of November.

The Seahawks will open December with three consecutive road contests, beginning with a trip to Milwaukee, Wis., to face Big East member Marquette on Tuesday, Dec. 1. Wagner will then travel to North Carolina to face Big South member High Point on Friday, Dec. 4, before visiting St. John's on Tuesday, Dec. 8, at Carnesecca Arena in Queens.

The Green and White will close out non-conference play with three consecutive home games at the Spiro Sports Center, beginning with America East member UMBC on Saturday, Dec. 12. Wagner will then welcome Metro Conference member Manhattan on Thursday, Dec. 17, before concluding its non-conference slate against America East member NJIT on Wednesday, Dec. 23.

The Seahawks will begin NEC play on Saturday, Jan. 2, at Stonehill in North Easton, Mass.

Remaining game times and broadcast information will be announced at a later date.
