MIDLOTHIAN, Va. – The Wagner College triathlon team competed in its second meet of the 2025 season on Sunday morning, placing seventh overall with a team score of 167 at the Robious Landing Triathlon.
Leading the way for the Seahawks was junior Olivia Roldan-Casado, who finished 27th overall with a time of 1:03:09.8, highlighted by a 19:46 run split. She was followed by junior Ulrikke Gaare-Olstad, who crossed the line in 1:04:29.9 to place 32nd.
Freshman
Nele Schlesinger continued her collegiate debut season with a 55th-place finish in 1:18:08.8, while senior
Leticia Campos clocked 1:13:54.9 for 51st. Rounding out the Wagner scoring group was senior
Kayla Renwick, who finished 62nd overall in 1:24:12.4.
The Seahawks combined for a total score of 167 points, finishing ahead of Roberts Wesleyan, Queens, Eastern Mennonite, King, Gallaudet, Newberry, and Hampton.
Wagner will return to action on Saturday, October 25, at the NCAA East Regionals in Troutman, NC.
