BRIDGEWATER, N.J. — Freshman Noah Grant has been selected as NEC Co-Rookie of the Week following his standout performance at the Youree Spence-Garcia Invitational.
Making his collegiate debut on Dec. 6, Grant ran an NEC-leading 6.85-second 60m dash to finish third in the event at the Youree Spece-Garcia Invitational, also winning the 30m with a 33.96-second time. In addition to leading the conference with his 60m time, Grant is sitting 61st nationally.
On the women's side, junior June Fernandez was named Prime Performer for her performance at the meet, earning two top-ten finishes. She ran a 1:18.01 500m time to finish fifth, as well as finishing ninth in the 200m with a 25.83 time.
The Seahawks return to the Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex on Friday, Dec. 12 for the Seahawk Shootout, Wagner's final meet of the 2025 calendar year.
