Tempe, AZ - The Wagner women's soccer team fell to Arizona State, 6-0, on Sunday evening at Sun Devil Soccer Stadium.
The Sun Devils scored five times in the first half to effectively put the match out of reach early. Senior Sam Hughes collected five saves on the night to inch closer to second all-time in program history.
A sixth and final goal in the second half gave way to junior Shae McGinty in goal, who stopped two of Arizona State's attempts to make it 7-0. All in all, the Sun Devils made 24 tries at goal.
Freshman Kara Kilpert attempted the lone shot for the Seahawks.
Wagner will return to the east coast on Thursday to take on Iona at 7:00 pm at Hameline Field.
