Salt Lake City, UT - Former Wagner College men's lacrosse standout Eli Fisher has earned a 25-man roster spot with the Utah Archers.

Fisher joins the 2023 Premier League Lacrosse (PLL) champions after being picked up on waivers by the Archers followed by earning a spot on the roster.

Fisher played in 40 games through four seasons as a Seahawk while making 24 starts. A two-time captain, Fisher was named a First Team All-MAAC Short Stick Midfielder as a senior during the 2023 season. During the 2023 season, Fisher tallied a career-high 26 ground balls and a career-high 12 caused turnovers.

After graduating from Wagner in 2023, Fisher played the 2024 season at Ohio State. The Allentown, PA native appeared in every game for the Buckeyes while grabbing seven ground balls and three assists. Fisher was named a Second Team All-Big Ten honoree after helping the Ohio State defensive unit hold the country's top-ranked teams to their lowest scoring outings of the season. 

Fisher was also named a USA Third Team All-American at Ohio State.

The Archers will begin their PLL title defense on Saturday, June 1 against the Philadelphia Waterdogs on ESPN+ and ABC at 1:00 pm.
