Bethlehem, PA- The Wagner field hockey team defeated Lehigh 4-3 in overtime on Sunday.

Julia Cruces Pastorino scored the game winner four minutes into the extra period. It was her second goal of the game.
Agustina Deharbe was credited with the assist. The Seahawks improve to 3-2 on the season and snapped a two-game losing streak with the win.

This is the second straight year the Seahawks have defeated the Mountain Hawks 4-3 in overtime, as the Green & White took the victory in last year's regular season finale on Grymes Hill.

In the first half of Sunday's contest, the Seahawks tallied a season-high three goals. Cruces Pastorino scored her second goal of the season to get the Green & White on the board first. Maddie Kandra then leveled the score shortly after for Lehigh to make it 1-1 after the first 15 minutes of play.

Wagner re-took the lead nearly three minutes into the second frame on
Natalie Rocuskie's first goal of the season. Lehigh was able to answer again when Abbie Brown scored to make it 2-2.

Two minutes later, Wagner was back in front thanks to
Kayla Kruk's first goal as a Seahawk. For the third time in the half, Lehigh responded right back with a goal to go into the half tied at 3-3.

The Seahawks and Mountain Hawks went scoreless in the second half. Each team registered just one shot on goal in the third period. Wagner goalkeeper
Daisy Ruhle stopped four shots in the final 15 minutes to keep it tied and send it to overtime.
