Staten Island, NY- Here is a look at the Wagner Athletics events for this week.
Men's Golf
-The Seahawks are hosting the Metropolitan Intercollegiate at Montclair Golf Club in West Orange, NJ on Monday, October 31 and Tuesday, November 1.
-The 36-hole event completes Wagner's fall slate.
Field Hockey
- Wagner will take on Fairfield in the NEC semifinal on Friday, November 4 at 2:00 P.M at the Wagner College Field Hockey Complex.
- The Seahawks earned a share of the NEC regular season title with a 1-0 victory over LIU on Friday, October 28.
- This is the second consecutive season Wagner will participate in the NEC tournament as they will be looking for their first postseason win in program history.
Fencing
- The Seahawks will continue its fall slate with a trip to the Penn State Garrett Open on Saturday, November 5.
- In its last competition at the Drew Invitational, the Seahawks earned four wins against five opponents.
- Freshman
Fanny Straub led the way for Wagner as she went 12-3 on the day.
Football
-The Seahawks take on Stonehill on Saturday at 1:00 PM looking for their second win of the season.
-Two more conference games will round out the 2022 schedule, with a home contest against Sacred Heart (November 12) and a road game at Duquesne (November 19).

Men's Water Polo
- Wagner will wrap up its regular season this weekend when they take on Mount St. Mary's on November 5 at 7:00 P.M. in Emmitsburg, MD before taking on Bucknell on November 6 at 11:00 A.M. in Lewisburg, PA.
- The Seahawks celebrated senior day on Saturday, October 29 with a 20-13 victory over Mount St. Mary's.
- Wagner has won 11 out of its last 12 games including a five-game winning streak.
Women's Bowling
- Wagner Bowling will host its first tournament of the season Saturday, November 5 at Rabs Country Lanes.
Men's and Women's Swimming & Diving
-The Seahawks will host St. Francis Brooklyn and Felician in a tri-meet on Saturday, November 5 at 10:00 a.m. at the Spiro Sports Center.
-The women's team defeated Mount St. Mary's 166-111 last Saturday, October 29 while the men fell to the Mountaineers.
