Hackensack, NJ – Four different players scored in double figures, led by fifth-year senior guard Joey Mundweiler (Olathe, KS/ Olathe East) who tallied 18 points, as Wagner earned a 78-69 NEC victory over Fairleigh Dickinson in a game that featured eight ties and 12 lead changes.

Staten Island, NY – Wagner dropped a 65-58 overtime decision to St. Francis (NY) in Northeast Conference action at the Spiro Sports Center. The Seahawks are now 4-8 and 0-2 in the NEC while the Terriers are 2-11 and 1-2 in the NEC. Andrea Reed led the Green & White with 19 points, eight rebounds, five assists and five steals.

Wagner (7-4) rings in the New Year with a home date vs. long-time NEC rival St. Francis (NY). The Seahawks are coming off an 82-53 defeat at powerful Kansas St. of the Big 12 Conference on Tuesday. The Terriers (3-9), meanwhile, completed a two-game swing in the state of Ohio where they dropped games at Akron (77-70) and at Ohio University (70-53).

The two schools, which are separated by just over 15 miles, were slated to finish in a tie for ninth place in the NEC. At 7:00 pm, the Wagner men's team will host St. Francis (NY) in a key NEC matchup.

Hanover, NH – Wagner was handed a 69-56 defeat by Dartmouth in the consolation game of the Blue Sky Classic at Leede Arena. The Seahawks cut a 20-point second half deficit to nine with just over six minutes remaining but could get no closer in falling to 4-7 while the Big Green improve to 3-8. Junior Andrea Reed was named to the All-Tournament Team after averaging a team-best 19.0 ppg, on 56.0 percent (14-25) shooting, and 6.5 apg over the two games.
