Jersey City, NJ- The Wagner men's swimming & diving team fell to Saint Peter's on Friday, 125-91.

Ben Zovickian and reigning NEC Prime Performer
Jack Leighton posted two individual victories each, while
Tristan Lee added an individual win for the Seahawks as well. The Green & White totaled five individual victories overall on the afternoon.

Early on, Zovickian won the 1000 Yard Freestyle with a time of 11:03.69, nearly 25 seconds before the second-place swimmer hit the wall for Saint Peter's. The San Francisco, CA native also won the 500 Yard Freestyle, hitting the wall at 5:15.04. Teammate
Danny Connell followed up with a second place finish in the event with a time of 5:26.57.

Leighton's strong showing for Wagner came in the 50 Yard Freestyle and 100 Yard Freestyle. The fifth-year swimmer and Lake Forest, CA native posted a time of 21.89 in the 50 Yard Freestyle and a 48.12 in the 100 Yard Freestyle.

Lee's victory came in the 100 Yard Breaststroke, where he hit the wall at 1:02.83.
Kristian Stanczewski came in second in the event, less than a second after Lee at 1:03.01.

Lee and
Dylan Egan also swam a close race in the 200 Yard Individual Medley. Lee finished in second with a time of 2:06.54 and Egan touched the wall third at 2:06.54.

The Seahawks are right back in the pool on Saturday when they head to Brooklyn Heights, NY to face St. Francis Brooklyn at 12:00 p.m.
