Staten Island, NY- The Wagner men's swimming & diving team is back in the pool this weekend at Saint Peter's and St. Francis Brooklyn on Friday and Saturday, respectively.

Friday's matchup with the Peacocks starts at 3:00 p.m. from the Yanitelli Center in Jersey City, NJ. The meet will be broadcasted on Peacocks Digital Network with Brandon Pelter doing play-by-play.

The Seahawks then have a quick turnaround and will be right back at it on Saturday to face the Terriers at 12:00 p.m. from the SFC Aquatic Center in Brooklyn Heights, NY.

Last Time Out For The Seahawks…
- The Green & White secured the first-ever victory in program history with a 139-102 win over Staten Island (CSI) last Saturday.
- Matt Dingess had three first place finishes that included the 200 Yard Medley Relay, 100 Yard Butterfly, and 50 Yard Butterfly.
- The 200 Yard Medley and 200 Yard Freestyle relay teams both had first place finishes. Karl Lovett, Tristan Lee, Dingess, and Bobby Blewett put together a time of 1:43.28 in the 200 Yard Medley Relay. Blewett, Danny Connell, Lovett, and Leighton posted a time of 1:32.52 in the 200 Yard Freestyle Relay.
- Jack Leighton hit the wall first on two separate occasions. Wagner posted a strong showing in the 50 Yard Freestyle, led by Leighton. Teammates Blewett and Dylan Egan finished right behind him in second and third place, respectively.
- Nathan Seaney competed in the 1 and 3 Meter Diving events. The Bakersfield, CA native posted a score of 144.90 in the 1 Meter event and a score of 142.75 in the 3 Meter event, both good for first place.

Scouting Saint Peter's…
- The Peacocks last competed in a meet back on December 11, 2021 against Susquehanna.
- Saint Peter's defeated the River Hawks, 142-91.
- Oleksiy Polishchuk won the 100 Yard Breaststroke and 100 Yard Individual Medley.
- Yanis Benadouda took first place in the 500 Yard Freestyle and Luke Cillie touched the wall first in the 50 Yard Breaststroke.

Scouting St. Francis Brooklyn…
- The Terriers most recently fell to United States Merchant Marine Academy, 194-100, on January 16.
- Benedek Lendvai finished first in the 200 Yard Freestyle and 500 Yard Freestyle.
- Jedi Morland Janes finished first in the 200 Yard Butterfly and Daniel Matheus Santos touched the wall first in the 100 Yard Freestyle.
