Emmitsburg, MD -  The Wagner College women's soccer team closes out its two-match road trip on Thursday as they travel to Emmitsburg, MD to take on the Mount St. Mary's Mountaineers.

  • Thursday's contest at the Mount marks the 33rd all-time meeting between these two conference foes, with the Mountaineers holding a slim 17-15-0 edge in the head-to-head series. 
  • Over the past ten meetings, Wagner has held the advantage, going 6-4-0 in that span. 
  • These two teams last met on March 30, 2021, in Emmitsburg, with the Mountaineers picking up the 1-0 victory on Hannah Cooksey's goal in the 28th minute of the fixture.

  • Freshman goalkeeper Sam Hughes paces the NEC with 8.33 saves a contest.

  • Mount St. Mary's enters play with a 3-7-0 overall record and 1-1-0 in league action. 
  • The Mountaineers earned a 3-1 home win over Sacred Heart this past Sunday.
