Smithfield, RI- The Wagner men's swimming and diving team will look to get their first victory in program history when they face Northeast Conference (NEC) opponent Bryant on Saturday in Smithfield, RI at 12:00 p.m.

"We're looking to clean up our starts and turns," head coach
Colin Shannahan said when discussing the matchup with the Bulldogs. "Some of the stroke work we've been doing every day. Bryant will be a tough meet. They're at the top of the conference right now and that's where we want to be."

The Seahawks will have a month to prepare after the Bryant meet for the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Championships.

"We got another week of hard work in, we'll regroup, and get ready for the mid-season," Shannahan said.

- The Seahawks dropped their first-ever home meet in program history to Mount St. Mary's, 147.5-108.5
- The Green & White had six first-place finishes against the Mountaineers
- Freshman Adrian Aguirre was responsible for three of those six first-place finishes, collecting wins in the 100 Yard Backstroke, 200 Yard Backstroke, and 50 Yard Freestyle
- Freshman Danny Connell won the first race of the event in the 1000 Yard Freestyle
- Freshman Matt Dingess continued his strong start to the season, touching the wall first in the 200 Yard Freestyle
- Fifth-year swimmer Jack Leighton had a productive day in the pool, posting a first-place finish in the 100 Yard Freestyle and second-place finish in the 100 Yard Backstroke behind Aguirre
