Staten Island, NY – The Wagner women's lacrosse team returns home to Hameline Field Tuesday, March 10, for a weekday non-conference clash with the Monmouth Hawks at 3:00 p.m.


Wagner-Monmouth Series:
In the teams' first matchup since 2014, Monmouth's 6-0 second-half run fell short as Wagner won 10-9 in a game the Seahawks dominated on the stat sheet. Megan Drum recorded a hat trick in the win, Victoria Tucci and Stephanie Falcone each added two goals. 


Last Time Out For Wagner:
Erin Kerstetter scored a game-high four goals and Madeline Seims added two goals for the Seahawks in an 11-8 loss to the Siena Saints last Saturday from Hickey Field in Loudonville, NY. Kerstetter earned Northeast Conference (NEC) Prime Performer recognition for her performance in the game.


About Monmouth:
Monmouth comes to Grymes Hill 5-2 on the season, winners of its last two games. Nicole Ceraso has scored seven points or more in four games this season, including each of the last two. Caroline Bleck has a team-high 28 goals this season, including nine over the last two games. Steph Delliturri has started all seven games and played all but 11 minutes in net this season, making 54 saves.

The Seahawks will head back on the road Sunday, March 15, for a 2:00 p.m. opening draw with the Manhattan Jaspers from Gaelic Park.
