Cary, NC -
The Wagner College baseball tied the game at 1-1 in the top of the fourth and it remained deadlocked until the 11th, when Wagner pushed a run across in the top of the inning before Penn State's Curtis Robison sent a three-run home run over the right field wall as the Seahawks dropped the series finale, 4-2, on Sunday afternoon at the USA Baseball National Training Center.

Eight of the nine Seahawk hitters recorded a hit as senior Freddy Sabido led the way with three hits while driving in the lone RBI. He, along with newcomer Henry Martinez, scored Wagner's two runs.

Robison drove in all four RBI for the Nittany Lions while Matt Wood and Parker Hendershot each tallied two hits apiece on the afternoon. Penn State got on the board in their half of the second as Robinson grounded out to Wagner first baseman, Tyler Sanfilippo, for the first out before Hendershot scored after leading off with a triple.

In the top of the fourth, Martinez led off with an infield single and moved into scoring position after a walk to Cody Bey. On a 2-1 pitch, Sabido roped a double to the deepest part of center field that plated home Martinez and tied the game at 1-1.

Wagner had a chance in the fifth after Griffin Schneider led off the frame with an infield single to second. With one out, AJ Medrano bunted his way on in giving Wagner two men on, but, the threat was thwarted, as Medrano was picked off at first and Martinez struck out.

Allen didn't allow a hit over the next 4.1 frames before a Wood single to left concluded his day. Zuppe came in and got the inning-ending 6-4-3 double play.

In the top of the 11th, Sabido doubled to left center and Sanfilippo was hit by a pitch. The Seahawks loaded the bases on a two-out single by DiMaggio Cazares.  Schneider reached on a fielding error by the shortstop, which allowed Sabido to score the go-ahead run for the visitors.

In the bottom of the inning, LePre recorded the first out on a foul out to Sanfilippo at first base. Ford and Hendershot produced back-to-back singles to center before Robison sent a 3-2 pitch over the fence for the walk-off victory.
