East Meadow, NY – The Wagner College swimming and diving team set a new school record in the 200 Free Relay and earned four straight medals on day two of the Northeast Conference (NEC) Championships at the Nassau Aquatic Center on Long Island.
After two days of competition, the Seahawks are sitting in third place with 205 points, just 13 points behind Central Connecticut, while defending champion Bryant is in first place with 290 points.

Dorian McMenemy became the fastest 200 Free Relay team in school history, earning a silver medal in 1:33.70.
Earlier in the night, McMenemy took second in the 50 Free in 23.27. McMenemy, who is competing in the last meet of her collegiate career, already has three medals in two days.
On the diving board, junior
Aleah Mirand took second place with 204.60 points for the first medal of her collegiate career.
Rounding out Wagner's top-three finishes on the night was freshman
Maile Mora, who took third in the 200 IM in 2:03.98.
The NEC Championship meet continues tomorrow, with the 400 IM, 100 Fly, 200 Free, 100 Breast, 100 Back, and 400 Medley Relay. Prelims are scheduled to start at 10am, while finals will once again start at 6:00 PM.
