Emmitsburg, MD -  The Wagner College women's soccer team travels to Emmitsburg, MD to square off against the Mount St. Mary's Mountaineers on Saturday, October 26.  Kickoff from the Waldron Family Stadium is slated for 7:00 p.m.

LAST TIME OUT FOR WAGNER:
  • Despite outshooting LIU 10-9, the Sharks took advantage of a late opportunity and scored in the 70th minute en route to a 1-0 win at Hameline Field on October 20.

  • In the 17', junior midfielder Julia Fitzsimmons was able to take the ball deep down the right side and send a feed that narrowly found the back left of the net but clanked off the post.
  • The visitors broke through for what turned out to be the game-winner as Hedda Einarsson, who checked in a minute before, netted the go-ahead tally in the 70' as she corralled the loose ball and sent a shot from the middle of the box that gave LIU a 1-0 lead.
  • Barone led the way for the Green & White with three shots while Fitzsimmons added two shot attempts on the afternoon.
