Women's Water Polo Looks To Clinch Regular Season MAAC Title At St. Francis Brooklyn Tonight

Staten Island, NY – The No. 17 Wagner women's water polo team looks to clinch its second consecutive Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) regular season championship on Wednesday, April 12 in a 6:00 p.m. matchup at St. Francis Brooklyn.
 
The contest between the Seahawks and the Terriers will be streamed live and free of charge on NEC Front Row. Follow every goal HERE.
 
The 12-0 Seahawks look to defend their 2016 league title with a second win over the Terriers. The Green & White won the first meeting 19-5 on March 26 behind a combined ten goals from junior utility Kimberly Watson (Pointe-Claire, Quebec / John Rennie) and freshman center Millie Pullyblank (Victoria, Australia / Haileybury Girls School).
 
Also on the line is the No. 1 seed in the upcoming 2017 MAAC Tournament. Held April 29-30 on the capmus of Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY, Wagner will be joined by Marist, Virginia Military Institute, and Iona in competing for a conference championship and an automatic bid to the 2017 NCAA Water Polo Tournament.
