Princeton, NJ – The Wagner men's water polo team battled No. 11 Princeton on the road tonight, rallying late, before falling by a 15-11 count at DeNunzio Poll.
The Seahawks scored the last five goals of the game but were unable to overcome an early 6-0 deficit.

Mid-Atlantic Water Polo Conference Player of the Week Jasmin Kolasinac (Belgrade, Serbia / Kings College) poured in five goals to lead four Seahawk goal-scorers on the night. Junior
Teo Dadic (Dubrovnik, Croatia / Gimnazija Dubrovnik [Long Beach City College]) netted three goals for the Seahawks, sophomore
Matthew Miller (San Ramon, CA / California High) scored twice, while junior
James Grady (Boca Raton, FL / Boca Raton) rounded out the Wagner scoring with one goal.
After falling behind 10-4 at halftime, and by a 15-6 margin after three quarters, the Seahawks reeled off those five unanswered goals in the final quarter to make it a four-goal game at the end. Junior goalkeeper
Cameron Woldt (San Diego, CA / Serra High School [San Diego Mesa College]) totaled seven blocks and did not allow a single goal in the final period.
Three different Tigers posted hat tricks in Matt Payne, Jordan Colina and Sean Duncan, to lead the way offensively.
Wagner, which entered tonight's play on a two-game winning streak after coming out on top in seven of their previous nine games, will look to bounce back on Saturday, October 7 at No. 17 Bucknell in an 11:00 a.m. start.
