Lewisburg, PA – Fresh off of
defeating No. 18 St. Francis Brooklyn earlier in the day, the Wagner men's water polo team completed the sweep with a 10-8 victory over the University of Toronto in game two on the second and final day of Bucknell University's Bison Invitational this afternoon.
The Green & White defeated Toronto in a back-and-forth matchup behind four goals from junior utility
Ciaran Wolohan (Manly, Australia/St. Aloysius College/Golden West College). Wagner's leading scorer, Wolohan now has 26 goals on the season.
The Seahawks' offense got off to a hot start, scoring three goals in the first quarter. Wolohan delivered two early goals before sophomore utility
Devin O'Donnell (Pointe-Claire, Quebec/Selwyn/San Diego Mesa College) tallied the Seahawks' third goal with two minutes left in the period.
Despite leading 3-2 after the first quarter, the Green & White were held to only one goal for the remainder of the half. After two goals from the Varsity Blues, Wolohan tallied his third goal of the contest to tie the game at 4-4 at the intermission.
The third quarter was an even deadlock as the teams scored four goals apiece and neither team led by more than one point. Wolohan's early goal was followed by scores from O'Donnell, freshman driver

Entering the final stanza tied at 8-8, the Seahawks outscored the Blue & White 2-0 behind back-to-back goals from freshman 2M
Danny Rafael (Cooper City, FL/Cooper City) en route to the 10-8 victory.
Wagner (3-7) concluded Bucknell University's Bison Invitational with a 2-2. Record. The Green & White return to the pool on Saturday, September 24 to begin conference play against Johns Hopkins at 11:00 a.m., followed by a matchup with George Washington at 3:30 pm
