Washington, DC - The Wagner tennis team was shut out 7-0 by Howard in the final match of its three-match spring break trip while falling to 1-8 on the season.

Sophomore Christian Grau (Dallas, TX / Spring Creek Academy) and freshman Sam Flaxman (Avon, CT / Avon) saw their five match winning streak as a duo snapped at No. 1 by an 8-4 count.

The Bison defeated the Seahawks in the other two doubles matches to secure the first point of the match before winning all six match-ups.

Wagner returns to action at Hofstra on Saturday, March 29 with first serve slated for 12:00 pm.
