Day Two Recap
Following a tough opening day for the Seahawks, Wagner started day two with an exceptional win over George Washington. After leading by just one at the end of the opening period, the Green & White outscored the Colonials 3-1 in the second stanza and held them to only two second half points en route to the 14-6 victory.
Hannings opened the scoring for the Seahawks as Greenough found the senior open in front of the net. Beck and Robinson then teamed up for the next two goals as Beck assisted Robinson for the second goal of the game and Robinson returned the favor for the third. Hannings then sent a stellar pass to sophomore
Sidney Hoshko (Coronado, CA / Coronado) as the California native hit the back of the net to put the Seahawks up by one (4-3) at the end of the first quarter.
Allowing only one Colonial goal in the second, the Green & White took full advantage of two man-up situations as sophomore
Kaylee Ginnane (Tampa, FL / Coronado, CA) and Hannings each capitalized on extra-man situations. Also tacking on one for Wagner was French who sent one between the pipes from right in front of the net.
Leading 7-4 at the break, the Seahawks returned to the pool and held strong defensively while capitalizing offensively. Beck knocked in another man-up goal to open the third quarter scoring trend off an assist from Robinson. Hoshko then sent a pass to an open
Ashton Cline (Carlisle, PA / Cumberland Valley) who knocked in her first goal of the weekend.
Following a goal from the Colonials, French kept the Wagner five-goal lead alive by adding another one of her own to the scoreboard to set the score at 10-5 headed into the final stanza.
The fourth quarter opened with a two-goal run from Wagner with goals from Ginnane and Hoshko. Holding a 12-5 lead over the Colonials, Wagner allowed one more George Washington goal only to have it answered back with a wicked shot from

Robinson, Beck and French each tacked on one goal each in the second period, as Bucknell responded with three goals of their own to set the score at 6-5 at the break.
At the opening of the third period following a Bucknell exclusion, Beck found Hannings who capitalized on the man-up opportunity by placing one between the pipes. Wagner added two more in the third quarter off of goals from Robinson and Beck, but Bucknell managed to knock in four goals of their own to increase the gap 10-8.
