Plescia netted her second of the game in the 70
th minute, with Costello again being credited with the assist. The Hawks didn't stop their attack, outshooting Wagner 17-1 in the second half, ultimately sealing their 2-0 victory.
Marcy recorded eight saves on the evening, while McCoy was tested just twice in the shutout.
The Seahawks will come back to Grymes Hill for their NEC home opener when they take on Fairleigh Dickinson on Friday at 3:00 p.m., and Long Island at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday.
