CUSB BOXSCORE
Freshman
Rebecca Hannings (Lansdale, PA/North Penn) provided a spark for the Green & White, tallying one of her two goals in the third period to expand Wagner's lead. Sophomore
Dana DeCinque's (Collegeville, PA/The Hill School) first marker of the season proved to be the difference in the contest as the Coyotes rallied from a 9-6 deficit to get within one at 9-8 with 2:09 left in the match, but a stingy Wagner defense did not allow the equalizer.
For the Coyotes, junior Kaitlin Hartman scored five of their eight goals including a tally in the fourth period that brought CSUSB within one. Junior Marilyn Doughty, freshman Emily Hove and junior Kelsey Morino accounted for the other Coyote scores. Sophomore goalkeeper Bryanna Burns had eight saves for CSUSB.
