Justin Drummond has dished out a team-best 76 assists. The Red Flash are coming off a 65-52 loss at Central Connecticut St. on Thursday night. This was the second straight loss for Saint Francis (PA) as the Red Flash lost to Bryant at home on Jan. 31 by a 65-60 count. Athletic 66 junior forward Devin Sweetney leads the team in scoring at 15.1 points per game. Saint Francis is one of two teams in the Northeast Conference with three players who have scored 700 or more career points. Junior Devin Sweetney (924), and seniors Marquis Ford (762) and Cale Nelson (742) are in that club. Sacred Heart also has three players in the club, and are the only team in the league with four players who have scored 600 or more points. Ford scored his 700th career point on Jan. 10, at Quinnipiac, while Nelson registered his 700th career point on Jan. 15 vs. Wagner. Sweetney, who tallied his 900th career point on Jan. 31 vs. Bryant, is ninth among active players in the NEC in career points.

Seahawks Seeking Season Sweep
The two teams met back on on Jan. 15 in Loretto, PA, with the Seahawks recording a 76-68 victory. Wagner shot a blistering 68 percent from the floor in building a 13-point halftime lead and extended the lead to 17 points , then withstood a late Saint Francis (PA) rally in posting a 76-68 NEC victory.
Jamal Smith scored all 14 of his points in the fifth half on 6-of-9 shooting as Wagner raced out to a 40-27 halftime bulge. Wagner placed four players in double figures, led by Mundweiler's 17, including a 2-of-5 effort from three-point range. Drummond played a solid floor game with 15 points, six rebounds, five assists, two blocks and three steals , while committing just one turnover. Smith was next with his 14 points while Radford added 13 points and six rebounds. Elwell delivered a fine eight-point performance off the bench, highlighted by a pair of deep three-point jumpers in the first half.
