"The coaching staff is pretty pleased with the way we performed at this meet,” said head coach Mark Sowa. “A good majority of our athletes were either at or close to their best performances from last year and this was thankfully without wearing any high tech suits. The goal of coming up to Cambridge was to race some very good teams and practice the way we want to approach our championship meets in February and March. Our girls were really objective about how they swam and made great adjustments in finals. I really like where we are at right now and now have a very clear idea of how we need to get better. We still got a lot of work to do but our coaching staff is confident that this group is excited to attack that challenge."

The Seahawks return to action on Friday, December 4 when they travel to Piscataway, NJ to compete in a dual meet vs. Rutgers University.
