Junior Kelsey Parker paced the Seahawk offense in the month of March, recording 27 hits, four home runs, and 21 runs batted in, in addition to scoring 12 runs. Parker finished the month with a slugging percentage of .772, having had at least one hit in 17 of Wagner's 19 contests. The junior was instrumental in the Seahawks' 9-7 comeback victory over the Bobcats of Quinnipiac, going three-for-four at the plate, which included a three-run homer and another two-run shot, as the short stop finished the game with six RBI. Parker's effort was recognized by the Northeast Conference twice, as she was named NEC Player of the Week first for the week of March 10, and then also the following week, March 17.
