Junior Dan Zaccariello is the Wagner College Men’s Student-Athlete of the Month for October. Zaccariello punctuated an outstanding month by earning All-Conference accolades at the Northeast Conference (NEC) Championship (10/27). The Staten Island native finished sixth, while leading the Seahawks to seventh-place finish. Zaccariello's sixth-place finish also marks the eighth-straight year that the Green & White has been represented with an All-NEC honoree. Earlier in the month, Zaccariello earned his second NEC Runner of the Week accolade after placing second at the Father O’Neil Invitational (10/13). He began the month by taking sixth at the METS Championship (10/5) at Van Cortlandt Park in the Bronx. On the year, Zaccariello paced the team in all six of his meets, which included five top-10 performances. He will look to continue his outstanding season on Friday, November 9 with the NCAA Regional Championship.
