Lee Baldwin has had multiple stops before arriving at Grymes Hill as a Sports Performance Graduate Assistant, most recently at West Point with the Army football team as a strength and conditioning intern.

Additionally, Baldwin served as a strength and conditioning intern at Florida State University. 

Baldwin has been around football for some time, going back to his undergraduate years at the State University of New York College at Cortland. For the 2021 season, Baldwin served as a student manager, assisting with game day equipment distribution among other tasks.

Baldwin earned a Bachelor of Science in Fitness Development at SUNY Cortland in 2022.
