Biography
2023-24 (Junior Season): Led the Seahawks with 2.5 steals per game. Broke the single game record for steals in a game with 12 against Saint Elizabeth on December 30, 2023. Ballinger finished the season ranked 36th in the nation in steals per game and 78th in the nation with 78 total steals. Tallied five or more steals on three separate occasions while posting double-digit scoring efforts in 12 games. Ballinger finished third on the Seahawks with 8.7 points per contest.
2022-23: (Sophomore Season): Appeared in 24 games while making four starts. Ballinger averaged over 16 minutes per game while scoring a career-high 12 points against St. Francis Brooklyn on February 9. Finished fourth on the Seahawks with 26 steals.
2021-22 (Freshman Season): Appeared in 21 games in her first season on Grymes Hill… Made her Wagner debut at NJIT (Nov. 9), scoring her first collegiate points and recording her first career steal against the Highlanders… Pulled down a season-best three rebounds four times, the last coming at home against Central Connecticut (Feb. 3)... Swiped two steals on the road at FDU (Jan. 17)... Recorded her first career block at home against Saint Francis U (Jan. 27).
Before Wagner: Prior to arriving at Wagner, she took part in a special ABC News Juneteenth broadcast titled "
Together We Triumph," that featured former United States President Barack Obama... Played a year for Lonnie Harrell at Emerge Christian Academy in Lanham, MD… Averaged 13.3 points, 6.0 rebounds and 4.0 steals per game for the Panthers… Played two season at New Hope Academy before moving to Charles H. Flowers High School… Member of the honor roll and won Most Improved Player back in 2018… Played for DC Premier.
