Video Highlights2012-2013 Freshman Season: Appeared in all 29 games for the Seahawks, starting in 14 … Third on the team in scoring with 10.2 points per game … Scored in double figures in 14 contests, including a stretch of seven consecutive games … Tossed in a career- high 22 points back-to-back against St. Francis Brooklyn (1/12) and at LIU Brooklyn (1/14) … The pair of 22-point outings also came in the first two starts of her career … in her first collegiate starts … Finished with 295 points in her impressive and productive debut season … Her fine season was recognized by opposing coaches when she was named to the NEC All-Rookie Team … Became first Seahawk to earn All-NEC Rookie honors since Carrie Walker in 2000-2001.
Personal/Bio: Known for the deep range on her jump shot, Peck averaged a robust 20.4 points per game as a senior in 2011-12 and is Shaker Heights’ all-time leading scorer. As a senior, she led Shaker Heights to a 15-8 record and a 10-2 division mark in helping the Raiders make their fourth consecutive appearance in the district final. Over the last three seasons, Peck was the catalyst in Shaker Heights compiling a 44-25 record, a Lake Erie League championship and three Division I district runner-up finishes.
In the OHSAA Division I District Semifinals last season, Peck tallied 14 of her game-high 26 points in the final 16 minutes in leading the Raiders to a come-from-behind win over rival Cleveland Heights. Peck’s night was highlighted by a three-pointer that gave the Raiders the lead for good. She topped the 1,000-point mark vs. Euclid HS on Jan. 25 and, following the season, she was named to the 2011-12 Division I
Associated Special Mention All-Ohio Team following her senior season. She also earned First-Team All-Northeast Ohio Coaches Association and First-Team All-Lake Erie honors. In April, Peck participated in the prestigious 19
th Annual Greater Cleveland Basketball Coaches Association Girls All-Star game
The multi-skilled Peck has a propensity of scoring points in bunches. This trait was never more on display than in her very first game for Shaker Heights as a sophomore after transferring from Richmond Heights. Against Toldeo Waite in her Raider career opener, Peck sank eight three-pointers against Bedford, tying Ohio’s state record in girls high school basketball - in one half, en route to a 33-point game. Peck also showcased her skills on the summer circuit the past few years where she starred for the Cleveland Crush AAU team. In one game for the Crush in 2011, Peck tossed in 36 consecutive points on her way to a summer-high 42-point outing.As a junior, Peck averaged 17.3 points per game while being named to the 2010-11 Division I
Associated Press Honorable Mention All-Ohio Team. In helping lead her team to an18-5 record that year, she also earned First-Team All-Lake Erie League honors.
