2013-14: (SR) Indoor Track & Field Turned in three sixth place finishes at the NEC Indoor Championships (2/8-9) … At that meet, went 8:52.80 in the 3000 meters, 15:11.34 in the 5000 meters, and helped the distance medley team to a 10:38.78, earning the Seahawks three points in each event … Ran a season best 14:49.16 at the Moonlight at the MAC (2/26) qualifying for the IC4A Championships … At the IC4A Championships (3/8) clocked a 14:54.28 for 24th place overall … Ran a career best 4:20.01 in the mile at the Saturday Night Shootout (1/18) ... Outdoor Track & Field Set the school record in the 3,000 meter steeplechase, running 9:20.17 at the Colonial Relays (4/4) ... Part of the 4x800 meter relay team that set a school record at the Penn Relays (4/25), recording a 7:39.44 ... Top three finisher in three seperate evetns at the NEC Outdoor Championships ... Placed third in the 5K, running 15:08.13 ... Finished second in the 3,000 meter steeplechase, posting a 9:28.29 ... Placed second as a member of the 4x800 meter relay team that recorded a time of 7:45.71.  

2012-13: (SO) Indoor Track & Field Earned Wagner College Student Athlete of the Month for January after winning the 5K at the METS Championships (1/24) in 14:52.33, qualifying for the indoor IC4A Championships in the event ... Finished second in the mile at Moonlight at the MAC (12/1) in an indoor best 4:23.75 ... Took ninth place in the 3000 at the Gotham Cup (1/11) finishing in a season best 8:37.97 ... Outdoor Track & Field Ran a season best 4:08.76 in the 1500 at the Fred Hardy Invite (3/30) ... Recorded a season best in the 3000 steeplechase at the Larry Ellis Invite (4/20) crossing the line in 9:26.12 ... Finished fourth at the NEC Outdoor Championships (5/5) in the 3000 steeplechase, finishing in 9:31.30.

2011-12: (FR) Indoor Track & Field Recorded a season best in the 1600 meters at the Moonlight meet (2/1) when he finished in 4:28.73 ... Ran to a second place finish at Mountain Hawk on 1/21 in the 3000 meters with a time of 9:08.65 ... Finished the 5000 meter run in 15:13.64 at the METS 1/27) for a season-best ... Outdoor Track & Field Ran the 1500 meters in 4:10.01 at VCU ... Finished in a season-best time in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the METS, crossing the line in 9:39.55

Personal:  Attended North Rockland High School, participating on the cross country and track & field teams under the direction of Barry Baloga … As a member of the cross country team, helped the Panthers to three County Titles and one Section 1A Team Championship … Also was a two-time qualifier for the New York State Championship … Section 1A Individual Champion as a senior … On the track, helped North Rockland to four-straight County Championships, two Sectional Titles and the New York State Federation Championship as a senior … During the indoor season as a senior, was a member of the “Triple Crown” winning teams as North Rockland captured the League, County and Sectional Titles … Won two Sectional 3000 meter steeplechase championships … Also qualified for the State and National meets … Team Captain … Graduated with a 3.5 GPA and was a member of the Principal’s List and the Honor Roll … Won the Journal News Scholar Athlete Award … Has two older siblings; John and Jenna … Jenna was a four-year member of the cross country and track & field teams at Wagner from 2006-2010 … Born on March 31, 1993 … Is majoring in business administration with a concentration in marketing at Wagner.
