2012-13: (SO) Indoor Track & Field Took second place in the 800 at the Moonlight at the MAC (2/20) in a career best 1:57.45 ... Placed eighth in the mile at the NEC Indoor Championships (2/9), finishing in 4:27.41 ... Ran a season best in the mile at the METS Championships (1/24) finishing in fifth place in 4:21.30 ... Outdoor Track & Field Was part of the fifth place 4x400 team at the METS Championships (4/13) that finished in 3:32.94 ... Ran a season best 3:58.61 in the 1500 at the Fred Hardy Invite (3/30).

2011-12: (FR) Indoor Track & Field Ran a season-best in the 800 meters at Armory on 2/23, finishing in 2:00.29 ... Finished the mile in 4:27.05 at the NEC Indoor Championships on 2/12 ... Was a member of the first-place 4x800 meter relay team at Mountain Hawk (1/21) finishing in 8:03.41...Outdoor Track & Field Ran a season-best 1:58.10 at the METS on 4/14 ... Went 3:59.38 in the 1500 meter run at the Greyhound (4/20) ... Competed in the 4x400 meter relay, with the team recording a season-best 3:30.75 at the NEC Championships ... Also competed in the 4x800 relay, recording a season-best of 7:49.10 at the Wagner Quad (4/18)

Personal: Participated on the cross country and track & field teams at North Rockland High School under the direction of Barry Baloga … As a member of the cross country team, helped the Panthers to three County Titles and one Section 1A Team Championship … On the track, helped North Rockland to four-straight County Championships, two Sectional Titles and the New York State Federation Championship as a senior … During the indoor season as a senior, was a member of the “Triple Crown” winning teams as the Panthers captured the League, County and Sectional Titles … Also played soccer for North Rockland … Has an older brother Christian, who was on the track & field team at Coastal Carolina … Born on February 14, 1993 … Is majoring in biology with a concentration in the pre-veterinarian program.
