2014-15: (SR) Indoor Track & Field Recorded a time of 8:34.72 in the 3,000m at the Armory Invitational placing 27th … Claimed sixth in the mile at the NYC Metropolitan Championship with a mark of 4:20.60 … Placed second in the 3,000m run at the NEC Championships with a time of 8:47.94 … Grabbed Bronze at the NEC Championships in the 5K with a mark of 15:18.80 …  Outdoor Track & Field Placed fourth at the VCU Ram Invite in the 1,500m with a time of 4:02.41 … Claimed third at the NEC Championships in the 5K with a time of 15:07.51 … Secured gold in the 10K with a mark of 32:39.75 at the NEC Championships … Competed at IC4A Championships claiming ninth with a time of 31:06.84.


2013-14: (JR) Indoor Track & Field Earned All-NEC honors after taking second place in the 5,000 meter run at the NEC Indoor Championships (2/9) clocking a time of 14:47.81, which was a school record … Finished third in the 3,000 meters at the same meet, running a career best 8:32.85 … Scored a sixth place finish with the distance medley team at the NEC’s, when the team clocked a 10:38.78 … Took 26th place at the IC4A Championships (3/8) in the 5000 meters, finishing in 14:55.61 … Ran a season best mile of 4:22.73 at the NYU Team Challenge (1/24) ... Outdoor Track & Field Set the school record in the 5K at the Larry Ellis Invitational (4/16) with a time of 14:43.36 ... Ran a season best 8:38.74 in the 3K at the University of Richmond Fred Hardy Invitational (3/28) ... Placed third at the NEC Outdoor Championships in the 10K with a time of 33:28.19. 

2012-13: (SO) Indoor Track & Field Competed in the distance races during his first season with the Seahawks after trasferring from Hofstra ... Recorded a personal best in the mile at the NYU Team Challenge (1/19) in 4:30.88 ... At the Gotham Cup (1/11) ran the 3K in 8:45.48 for a season best ... Finished third in the 5K at the Monmouth Moonlight at the MAC meet (2/20) crossing the line in a season best 15:07.16 ... Finished eighth in the NEC Championships in the 5K, finishing in 15:13.80 ... Outdoor Track & Field Ran a season best 1500 meters at the METS Championships (4/13) in 4:08.38 ... Finished seventh in the 3K at the Fred Hardy Invite in a season best 8:40.39 ... Recorded a third place finish at the NEC Outdoor Championships (5/5) in the 5K, in a season best 15:01.41, while taking eighth in the 10K in 32:42.88. 

Personal: Transfer student from Hofstra University … Helped the Pride to a seventh place finish at the 8K Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) Championship, finishing second on the team and 33rd in 27:07 … Will have three years of eligibility remaining in cross country and four in indoor and outdoor track & field … Twice was named to the Dean’s List at Hofstra … Attended Friends High School, participating on the cross country and track & field teams under the direction of Mike Pace, earning one varsity letter … Helped Friends to the Cross Country Championship as a senior … Also played soccer at Friends, earning three letters while helping his alma mater to a pair of Titles … Has one brother Karl … Born on April 23, 1992 … Is majoring in business administration.
