2010-11: Indoor Track & Field Did not record any statistics. Outdoor Track & Field Ran a season-best 2:10.55 in the 800 meter … Also ran in the 1500 meter run (4:22.90).

2009-10: Indoor Track & Field Ran a season-best mile time of 4:43.3 at Fordham (12/11)… Also ran in the 800m dash… Active in the 4x800 relay, 4x1600 relay and ran in the distance medley relay. Outdoor Track & Field Ran a season-best time in the 800M with a 2:03.27 at the Wagner Invitational (4/3)… Also competed in the 1500M and 3000M.

2008-09: Indoor Track & Field Had the second-best team finish in the 1000m dash (2:41.38) at the METS Winter Invitational (1/29) … Also competed in the 1 mile run … His best finish in the event (4:45.37) came at the Gulden Relays (1/10). Outdoor Track & Field Competed in the 1500m run and the 4x800 relay. 

Personal: Attended Thornton Academy, participating on the cross country, indoor and outdoor track & field teams under the direction of George Mendros … Earned a combined total of 11 letters (4 in cross country, 4 in outdoor track & field and 3 in indoor track & field) … Was team captain as a senior, helping the Trojans to the 2008 class “A” Track & Field State Championship … Named Team MVP during the cross country season … Has one sibling; Cara (21) … Member of the National Honor Society … Is majoring in business administration at Wagner.
