2011-12: Indoor Track & Field Finished the 800 meter run in 2:02.91 at the Metro Coaches Invite (1/6) for a season-best ... Had a season-best 4:26.15 in the 1500 meter run on 1/21 at the Mountain Hawk Invite ... Crossed the line in 8:38.99 in the 3000 meter run at the Gotham Cup (1/13) for a season-best Outdoor Track & Field Ran the 800 meter run once at VCU (3/17) finishing in 2:01.82 ... At the same meet, finished the 1500 meter run in 4:01.84 for a season-best ... Crossed the line in the 5000 meter run at 14.49.82 at the Greyhound Invitational (4/20) ... Competed in the 10k at the NEC Championships (5/5), finishing in fifth place at 32:01.13.

2010-11: Indoor Track & Field Recorded the top time in the 3000 meter run (8:36.82) … Completed the 5000 meter run with a season-best and personal-best time of 15:14.47 … Clocked in at 4:23.44 in the mile. Outdoor Track & Field Set the school record in the 5000 meter run with a time of 14:57.40 … Ran the 10,000 meter run in a record breaking time of 31:07.20 … Recorded the team’s top time in the 3000 meter run (8:38.57) … Also ran in the 4x800 relay.

2009-10: Indoor Track & Field Finished the season with the top mark in the 3000m run with a time of 8:46.72 at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships… Had the season-best time in the 5000m run (15:30.96) at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational (2/5)… Also ran in the 1 mile run. Outdoor Track & Field Had the best time in the 5000M for the Seahawks with a finish of 15:11.98 at Princeton (4/2)… Also recorded the top finish in the 10,000M at 32:16.82 at the NEC Championships (5/1)… Finished the season with the second-best time in the 3000M after registering a time of 8:48.76 at the Lou Onesty Invitational (4/10)… Also competed in the 800M, the 1500M and the 4x800 relay.

2008-09 Indoor Track & Field Competed in the 3000m run.
