2013-14: (JR) Indoor Track & Field Competed in the MAC Classic (12/7) helping the 4x400 team to a third place finish in 3:32.71, and running the 60 meter hurdles in 8.81 for sixth ... Outdoor Track & Field Ran 23.51 at the Greyhound Invitational (4/18) in the 200 meters ... Competed in the 100 meter dash at the NEC Championships posting a time of 11.53.

2012-13: (SO) Indoor Track & Field Ran to a fourth place finish in the 60 meters at the Monmouth MAC Classic (12/1) in 7.22 seconds for a season best ... Had another season best in the 400 meters in 53.17 at the NYU Team Challenge (1/19) ... Outdoor Track & Field Recorded season bests of 23.83 in the 200, 53.17 in the 400, 2:13.56 in the 800, 15.64 in the 110 hurdles, and 57.31 in the 400 hurdles.

2011-12: (FR) Indoor Track & Field Recorded a top time in the 60 meter dash (7.55) at the Mountain Hawk Relays ... Ran the 60 meter hurdles in 8.65 seconds at the METS (1/27) ... Finished the 200 meter dash in 23.72 seconds for a season-best on 2/1 at the Moonlight meet ... Ran an indoor-best 52.60 in the 400 meter dash at the Armory on 2/23...Outdoor Track & Field Ran a season-best 15.40 in the 110 Hurdles on 4/14 at the METS ... Ran a 23.00 in the 200 meter dash the following week at the Greyhound ... Had three season-bests at the NEC Championships, running the 400 Hurdles in 55.16, competing in the 4x100 meter relay in 43.27 seconds, and the 4x400 meter relay in 3:30.75.

Personal: Attended Central High School, participating on the track & field team under the direction of Bruce Berry … Helped the Blue Devils to the Super Essex Conference Championship … During indoors, was a Third Team All-State Group 1 selection in the 55 meter high hurdles … In outdoors, garnered Second Team All-State Group I honors in the 110-meter high hurdles … Also was First Team All Essex County … Posted personal-bests of 7.78 in the 55-meter sprint, 14.71 in the 110-meter high hurdles and 57.95 in the 400-meter high hurdles … Is undecided on a major at Wagner.
