Quentin O'Reilly

Quentin O'Reilly joined the Seahawks' staff prior to the 2025 season, joining then first-year Head Coach Will Fox.

Prior to Wagner, O’Reilly served as an assistant coach at St. John’s during the Red Storm’s 2023 and 2024 campaigns.

""We are incredibly excited to add Quinn to our staff, he is a rising young star in our profession," Fox commented. "His ability to connect with players combined with a great coaching background make him the perfect fit to help lead our student athletes. Quinn has shown the ability to both develop players, especially on the offensive end of the field and recruit at an elite level. We are excited to have Quinn at Wagner and see him elevate the program."

While at St. John’s, O'Reilly acted as the faceoff coach during the 2023 season and as the offensive coordinator the following year, including overseeing the development of First-Team All-Big East member Brian Kelly and Second-Team All-Big East member Bobby Seel.

As a player, O’Reilly spent one season at Sacred Heart as a freshman. The Rockville Centre native then transferred to Adelphi and appeared in nine games.

In his nine appearances, O’Reilly scored eight goals with three assists and an average shooting percentage of 40%. O’Reilly produced three two-goal performances during his sophomore season, two games of which happened against Pace while the other against Assumption in his one start as a Panther. After his senior year, O’Reilly was named to the NE-10 Academic Honor Roll.

O’Reilly also spent time as the head offensive coordinator for Lutheran High School on Long Island. During his tenure, O’Reilly helped Lutheran’s offensive attack average 13.5 goals per contest, leading them to the school’s first State Championship title in 2022.

Additionally, O’Reilly has added the titles of Assistant Director and Head of Marketing for the Storm Lacrosse Academy and the Head Offensive Coach at the Express Lacrosse Club to his lacrosse resume.

O’Reilly graduated from Adelphi in 2021.
