2022-23 Senior Season
Made 21 appearances, including eight starts during the final weeks of the season … Scored a season-high 13 points against FDU on February 18 … Added 11 points in the NEC Quarterfinal against Sacred Heart … Finished second on the team with 10 blocks. 

2021-22 Junior Season
One of three Seahawks to appear in all 27 games … Shot 61.8% (34-55) from the field …Finished the season with 86 rebounds, averaging 3.2 per game…Had a season-high seven rebounds against Central Connecticut (2/19).

2020-21 Sophomore Season
Started 19 of 20 games in his sophomore season… Tied his career high in points with 12 against Fairleigh Dickinson(2/11)… Added 10 points against LIU (1/14) Grabbed his career-high in rebounds with 13 against Fairleigh Dickinson(2/11), while recording five rebounds in five other games.

2019-20 Freshman Season
Made 12 appearances in his first season on Grymes Hill … Earned his first career start against Army (12/21) … Scored a career-high 12 points against La Salle (12/18) … Added seven points against NJIT (11/16) … Grabbed a season-high seven rebounds against Wesley (11/12), while grabbing five rebounds in three other games.

Before Wagner: Ja'Mier Fletcher is a big, strong and physical force from western Pennsylvania, who enjoyed a highly-productive high school career where he scored more than 1,000 points and 1,000 rebounds. Before transferring to First Love Christian, where he averaged a double-double, at 12.7 points per game, and 10.5 rebounds against a national prep school schedule, Fletcher was standout at Steel Valley High School in Pittsburgh where he was regarded as one of the top big men in the WPIAL after averaging 19 points and 17 rebounds. Known for his high motor and relentless work ethic, Fletcher once poured in 26 points and pulled down 19 rebounds in leading Steel Valley to a Section4-AAA double-overtime victory over West Mifflin High School. Additionally, Fletcher has further honed his skills competing in AAU basketball as a member of the Ohio Basketball Knights.
