Kevin Jones joined the Seahawks’ staff in 2022 after previously serving as an assistant coach at Morgan State University. Jones was on the Seahawks' staff during Wagner's 2024 NCAA Tournament run.
Jones helped guide the Bears to the MEAC title game in 2021 and coached six All-Conference selections and two All-Defense selections during his time at Morgan State.

Jones was previously the assistant director of basketball operations and video coordinator at Radford University (2018-19) where he aided in player development through video study, managed video edits and highlights and assisted with maintaining a recruiting database.
Prior to Radford, Jones was an assistant coach at Norfolk State (2015-18) where he helped guide the Spartans to back-to-back second-place finishes in the MEAC and coached three All-MEAC guards.
The Baltimore, Md native had his start into coaching through the grassroots and high school level, at St. Frances Academy.
