Andrew Duffy is in his third year at Wagner College, and the first as the program's director of basketball operations.
Duffy was the program's graduate manager over his first two seasons, helping the Seahawks to a school-record 25 wins in 2011-2012, highlighted by a victory over No. 15 Pitt.
Prior to coming to Wagner, Duffy spent 10 months with Dakota Wesleyan University as an assistant coach for the men’s team. Duffy helped coach the Tigers to a 28-6 overall record, winning the 2009-2010 GPAC regular season and conference tournament titles. Dakota Wesleyan ended the season ranked seventh in the country amongst NAIA Division II schools.
A 2009 graduate of Villanova University, Duffy spent his four undergraduate years as a student manager with the Wildcats, assisting the coaching staff with game preparation, individual player workouts and statistical analysis.
As a senior in 2008-2009, he was a head manager for Villanova, helping the Wildcats reach the Final Four.
Along with working numerous summer basketball camps, in the summer of 2007 Duffy worked as a manager with the U.S. men’s basketball team for the Pan American Games in Rio, Brazil, handling all logistical issues.
