2015 Junior Season

Made 18 appearances out of the bullpen for the Seahawks in 2015… Earned the start at NJIT (4/19)… Finished the season with a 2-2 record and a 2.70 ERA… Struck out 15 batters while allowing 11 walks… Hurled 26.2 innings….In his lone start of the season, went 5.1 innings while fanning a season-high four batters and allowing just one earned run despite taking the loss… Out of the pen, he posted a 2.95 ERA while going 2-1in 17 appearances… When faced with w/runners on & two-outs, held opponents to just a .182 batting average (4-for-22) with three punch-outs… With runners in scoring position, batters mustered a .172 average (5-for-29) with five strikeouts… For the third straight season, he garnered inclusion on both the NEC Spring Academic and Commissioner’s Honor Roll. 

2014 Sophomore Season

Saw time as a starter and out of the bullpen … Went 0-6 with a 6.16 ERA and 19 strikeouts, against 15 walks, over 38.0 innings of action … Ended the season on a high note, allowing just two hits in 5.1 scoreless innings of relief over four games … Struck out a season-high four and yielded just one run over 4.2 dominant innings in 4-1 win at Monmouth (4/1) … Fired 2.0 hitless innings to collect the save in 5-1 series-clinching victory against Fairleigh Dickinson (4/13) … Struck out one over 3.1 innings of one-hit ball in 2-1 win vs. Hofstra (5/7) … Allowed just two earned runs over a season-high 5.1 innings of action in the second game of a doubleheader against Army (3/8) … Registered a scoreless inning of relief in the NEC Tournament against Sacred Heart (5/23) … Needed just one pitch to retire the only batter he faced in 6-2 series-clinching win over Mount St. Mary’s (5/4) … Fanned four at Central Connecticut (4/27) ... Played his prep ball at the Hillsborough High School under the direction of Norm Hewitt, earning two varsity letters … As a senior, helped the Bears to a 17-14 record, the Somerset County Championship and an appearance in the Group IV North II Section Finals … Capped his career with a one-hit shutout of Ridgewood in the State Semifinals … Went 5-3 with a 3.04 ERA, 53 strikeouts and two complete games over 46.0 innings of work … Garnered Second Team All-Skyland Conference and Second Team All-County honors … As a junior, helped Hillsborough to an 18-9 mark … Posted a 6-1 record with four complete games, a 1.78 ERA and 31 strikeouts over 43.1 innings of work … First Team All-Skyland Conerence selection … Also earned All Group IV and Second Team All-Area accolades … Graduated in the top-three percent of his class, while recording a 100.95 weighted GPA … Born on August 19, 1994 ...
