Paul Piccolino

Paul Piccolino gears up for his third season on the Seahawk bench as an assistant coach in 2021. Piccolino oversees the Seahawk infielders and assists in recruiting. 

In his first season, Wagner qualified for the Northeast Conference (NEC) for the fifth time in a six-year span. 

A Staten Island native, Piccolino wrapped up a four-year collegiate playing career at Pace University, located in Pleasantville, NY. As a two-time team captain for the Setters, he finished the 2018 campaign with a .308 batting average, third-highest on the team, after starting in 37 games. He placed second on the squad with three home runs and 20 RBIs and was was selected to the Northeast-10 Conference (NE10) Honor Roll three times during the season.
 
Piccolino also brings collegiate playing experience as a pitcher, appearing in four games on the mound for Pace in 201 when he tossed  a total of three innings while holding opposing batters to a .182 batting average. Against Concordia on March 17, 2016, he earned the save in a 3-0 Pace victory, striking out two batters in preserving the shutout.
 
Prior to embarking on his collegiate career, Piccolino was a standout at Monsignor Farrell High School, where he earned NYC Mayors Cup and Best of the City honors in 2014 while also being named to the Second Team All-NYC team and earning Staten Island Advance All-Star honors.
